Jaroslav graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 1993 with a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Transmission and Distribution. Subsequently, he extended his education in Environmental technologies. Since 1996, he has been an energy consultant specializing in RES and since 2002 an Energy specialist certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Since 2007 he has been actively focused on technical and economic consulting for a wide range of renewable energy technologies. During his professional career, he has managed consulting activities with technical and economic focus for more than 500 photovoltaic power plant projects with a cumulative capacity of close to 2000 MWp in the Czech Republic and Central and South-Eastern Europe, as well as for several hundreds of MW of wind energy projects, small hydro power plants and biogas and biomass utilization. Since 2014 he has been a Partner and CEO of the consulting company ENACO, s.r.o. |

Michal graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2001. He also completed postgraduate studies focused on economics in the energy sector and hydrogen technologies. Since 2003 he has been working as an energy consultant specializing in industrial energy and energy economics. Since 2010, he has been actively focused on technical and economic consulting in the entire spectrum of the energy sector, especially in the field of industrial energy, hydrogen technology and electricity generation and storage. During his professional career, he has developed and managed consulting teams for key players of energy companies in the Czech Republic and other Central European countries. Today Michal focuses on innovative and new energy technologies such as electrochemical processes, green hydrogen production and energy storage technologies. |
